I also contracted Brian Terry Vinyl & Aluminum and am extremely pleased with my decision. I got six estimates and for several reasons I went with Brian Terry Vinyl & Aluminum. One: they are local. Two: they do not ask for any money upfront. Three: I checked them out BBB and with people they did work for. All of the results were excellent as was the outcome with my screen room.

Wayne doesn't try to up you on the price and will build what you want and only make suggestions based on many years' experience. Brian Terry Vinyl & Aluminum did a large project for us which included a full glass enclosure and a birdcage that encompassed a 6' x 28' grassy area for our two dogs and large patio are to enjoy for the outdoors without having to deal with the love bugs. Brian Terry Vinyl & Aluminum doesn't take a single dime up front. They waited 5 weeks for is to return to The Villages to inspect and then pay. Not many companies do that these days.
